Custom Domain DNS and configuration details (when mapping personal domains).
We collect content you voluntarily submit, upload, or publish across the ecosystem:

Embedded videos, audio tracks, UI/UX designs, and graphics.

We process your data for legitimate platform purposes, including:

Content & Engagement Analysis Only: AI tools evaluate content structure, text readability, SEO metrics, and engagement trends to generate suggestions.
No Biometric or Psychological Profiling: We DO NOT analyze facial geometry, voice biometrics, emotional states, mental health, or deep personality metrics.
No Selling of AI Inputs: Your draft content and inputs are used strictly to serve your requests and are not sold to AI data brokers.
Socialfoot does NOT sell, rent, or monetize your personal information or content to data brokers or third-party advertisers. We share information only under strict confidentiality conditions:
Infrastructure & Cloud Providers: Secure hosting, database management, CDN delivery, and email delivery services.
Payment Gateways: Standardized payment processors (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe) required to complete billing and creator payouts.
Domain & DNS Partners: Registrar and SSL certificate providers necessary to verify custom domain attachments.

Socialfoot is operated by Techovr Technologies Pvt. Ltd. based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. If you access the platform internationally, your data will be processed and stored in India or regional cloud datacenters governed by applicable data protection laws.
