You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
Socialfoot is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
Socialfoot is a digital portfolio, content discovery, and monetization platform that enables users to:
Publish content and portfolios
Build personal or professional digital identities
Connect and network with others
Monetize work through allowed features
Socialfoot does not guarantee employment, income, partnerships, or business success.
Users retain full ownership of the content they create and upload.
Socialfoot does not claim ownership over user content.
By uploading content, you grant Socialfoot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and promote such content solely for operating and improving the Platform.
You agree not to upload, post, or share content that:
Is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or abusive
Infringes intellectual property rights
Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
Contains malware, phishing, or harmful code
Misrepresents identity or credentials
Socialfoot reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access without notice for violations.
Follow, connect, and interact respectfully.
Harassment, spam, or unsolicited commercial messages are prohibited.
Socialfoot may moderate community interactions to maintain platform integrity.
Certain features require paid subscriptions.
Subscription fees are displayed before purchase and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Creators may earn via products, services, ads, or affiliates (subject to eligibility).
Socialfoot may charge platform fees or commissions as disclosed.
Payouts depend on third-party payment gateways and their policies.
Users are solely responsible for taxes arising from their earnings.
Users may connect custom domains at their own responsibility.
Socialfoot is not liable for domain registration issues, DNS errors, or third-party hosting problems.
External links provided by users are not controlled or endorsed by Socialfoot.
Socialfoot may use AI/ML tools to analyze content and engagement for insights and recommendations only.
These insights do not constitute professional, financial, legal, or employment advice.
Socialfoot does not perform psychological, medical, or biometric profiling.
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Socialfoot implements reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users consent to data processing necessary for platform operation.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhagalpur, Bihar.
