These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Socialfoot platform, including its website (https://socialfoot.in), mobile applications, services, tools, and digital portfolio builder (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Socialfoot (a unit of Techovr Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using Socialfoot, creating an account, or purchasing any membership subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
“User” means any individual, professional, student, creator, or entity accessing or using Socialfoot.
“Creator” means a User who publishes content, digital portfolios, services, products, or blogs.
“Content” means text, images, videos, audio, blogs, graphics, code, whitepapers, portfolios, or other media uploaded or published by Users.
“Portfolio / Digital Footprint” means a customized web profile, vCard, personal website, or brand showcase hosted or built using Socialfoot tools.
“Services” refers to all online tools, portfolio builders, AI co-pilots, community spaces, listing features, and subscription plans offered on the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Services.
If you are accessing or using Socialfoot on behalf of a company, MSME, educational institution, NGO, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Socialfoot reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup and keep your profile updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials and login information.
You are solely responsible for all activities, content publications, and transactions performed under your account.
Socialfoot is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access caused by user failure to safeguard security credentials.
Socialfoot is an all-in-one digital identity, portfolio discovery, creator marketplace, and community ecosystem designed to help users build their digital footprints, establish credibility, and monetize their skills.
Socialfoot provides tools for content publishing, custom domains, digital vCards, e-commerce storefronts, and networking.
Socialfoot is not a traditional algorithmic social media platform and does not guarantee job placement, employment, client leads, revenue, or specific financial outcomes.
Users retain 100% full ownership of all original Content, media, portfolio projects, and intellectual property they upload, publish, or showcase on Socialfoot. Socialfoot does not claim ownership over any user-generated content.
By uploading or publishing Content on the Platform, you grant Socialfoot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to host, display, store, reformat, and feature such Content solely for the purpose of operating, marketing, promoting, and improving the Platform and its community features.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all Content you publish. You confirm that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to publish such Content without infringing on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
You agree NOT to upload, post, share, or transmit any Content or engage in any behavior that:
Is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, fraudulent, obscene, or abusive.
Infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or proprietary right of any party.
Involves harassment, hate speech, discrimination, intimidation, or spamming.
Contains viruses, malware, trojan horses, or malicious code intended to disrupt or damage platform architecture.
Misrepresents your identity, credentials, or affiliation with any person or organization.
Involves fraudulent transactions, unauthorized advertising, or phishing.
Socialfoot reserves the right to review, flag, remove Content, or immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Users must interact respectfully across community pages, project inquiries, and messaging tools.
Unsolicited commercial spam, mass messaging, or abusive communications are strictly prohibited.
Socialfoot maintains moderation systems to preserve platform safety and professional integrity.
Certain features, custom domain connections, and advanced business tools require paid subscription plans (e.g., Growth, Maturity, Business). Subscription fees and billing terms are clearly presented prior to activation.
Creators and businesses may monetize their profiles by selling digital assets, courses, consultations, or physical products.
Socialfoot may charge platform service fees or commissions as specified at transaction checkout.
All marketplace transactions are subject to third-party payment gateway processing terms.
Users are solely responsible for calculating, reporting, and paying all applicable local, state, national, or international taxes resulting from their platform earnings or purchases.
Users on applicable paid plans may connect external custom domains (e.g., www.yourname.com).
Users are responsible for acquiring, managing DNS settings, and maintaining their third-party domain registrations.
Socialfoot is not responsible for domain resolution failures, DNS misconfigurations, or third-party registrar outages.
Socialfoot integrates AI-assisted features to offer content formatting, portfolio optimization, SEO suggestions, and engagement insights.
AI insights are strictly informational tools and do not constitute legal, medical, psychological, financial, or employment advice.
Socialfoot does not perform psychological or biometric profiling.
Personal data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Socialfoot implements industry-standard data security measures to safeguard user information but cannot guarantee absolute security against all potential cyber threats.
All software, code, domain names, trademarks, logos, visual designs, UI/UX elements, and brand assets belonging to Socialfoot and Techovr Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are exclusive property protected under copyright and trademark laws. Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce platform assets without explicit written consent.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, external creator portfolios, or payment gateways. Socialfoot does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
The Platform and all associated services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialfoot and its parent company, Techovr Technologies Pvt. Ltd., shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Socialfoot, Techovr Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time via dashboard settings or by contacting support.
Socialfoot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations, non-payment, or legal compliance reasons.
Socialfoot reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
