This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs subscription cancellations, refunds, and related matters for the Socialfoot platform, operated by Socialfoot (a unit of Techovr Technologies Pvt. Ltd.).

By subscribing to or purchasing any paid service on Socialfoot, you agree to this Policy.

1. Subscription-Based Services

Socialfoot offers subscription-based digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Premium portfolio features

  • Custom domains and branding tools

  • Monetization and analytics features

  • Advanced creator tools

All subscriptions are provided on a prepaid basis.

2. Free Trials & Freemium Access

  • Socialfoot may offer free trials or freemium plans for limited periods.

  • Users are encouraged to evaluate the Platform during the trial period.

  • No charges apply during the free trial, unless the user upgrades voluntarily.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 User-Initiated Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Upon cancellation:

    • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

    • No further charges will be applied after the cycle ends.

3.2 Effect of Cancellation

  • Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

  • Access to paid features will end at the conclusion of the paid period.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Rule

All subscription fees and payments are non-refundable, except in the specific cases outlined below.

4.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund may be considered only if:

  • A technical error caused an incorrect or duplicate charge, or

  • The paid service was unavailable due to a platform-side failure for a significant and documented period, or

  • A refund is required by applicable law.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

4.3 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Partial usage of subscription period

  • Failure to use the service

  • User-generated content removal

  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations

  • Custom domain setup, once activated

  • Promotional, discounted, or grant-based plans (unless explicitly stated)

5. Creator Earnings & Marketplace Transactions

  • Payments made to creators for products, services, or collaborations are final, unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and creator.

  • Socialfoot is not responsible for disputes between users and creators.

  • Platform service fees or commissions are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.

  • Transaction or gateway fees may be deducted where applicable.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

If an account is suspended or terminated due to:

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions

  • Fraudulent or abusive activity

  • Illegal content or misuse

No refunds will be issued, and outstanding balances may remain payable.

8. Changes to Plans & Pricing

  • Socialfoot reserves the right to modify subscription plans, features, or pricing.

  • Changes will not affect already-paid subscription periods.

  • Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Policy Modifications

Socialfoot reserves the right to update this Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.
